1. Customer Support Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (HKT)
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (HKT)
- Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
2. How to Contact Us
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 business hours.
3. Order Support
- Order Tracking: You can track your order status from your account dashboard or contact us with your order number.
- Order Modifications: Changes to orders can be requested within 12 hours of placing the order, subject to processing status.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
4. Product Support
- For questions about product specifications, sizing, or materials, please contact our support team.
- We provide jewellery care instructions with every purchase to help maintain your items.
5. Warranty
All KTC Jewellery products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
